CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH .SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF~ CONTRACT
FOR MINI PICKUP TRUCKS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 2nd day of May , 19 74 for:
MINI PICKUP TRUCKS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to th'e lowes't responsible bidder,
Fairway Chevrolet
for the bid price of
$12,719.50'
2. That ~the City Manager of said City is ]~ereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the City.
