A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
3/4 TON PICKUP
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 2nd day of May , 19 74 for:
3/4 TON PICKUP
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except 'that' hereil]after mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bi.dder,
Fairway Chevrolet
for the bid price of
2. That -the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and 'the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
regular
meeting held on the 20th day of May
