CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF.SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SPRUCE
AVENUE BRIDGE AND RELATED WORK -
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of an agreement entitled
"AMENDMENT T0 AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SPRUCE
AVENUE BRIDGE AND RELATED WORK - CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State
of California, and the San Mateo County Flood Control District
is hereby authorized, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
