A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. ?9-74, PASSED APRIL 15, 1974
ENTITLED "A RESOLI~TION AMENDING
RESOLUTION'6241 ENTITLED 'A RESO-
LUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY PLAN
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1973-74.'."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Subsection B of Resolution ?9-?4
entitled "A Resolution Amending Resolution 6241 entitled
'A Resolution Establishing The Salary Plan for Fiscal Year
1973-74.'," is hereby amended to read as follows:.
B. The document entitled "Salary Plan,Fiscal Year
1973-74," as amended, contained in thirteen pages,
attached hereto as Exhibit B, which sets forth
the salary range, the step increases designated
A, B, C, D and E, the weekly and bi-weekly salary
and the annual, monthly and hourly equivalent,
except that if any of the'same, and in particular
Range 12, Step A, is less than the minimum of
One and 90/100 ($1.90) Dollars per hour established
by the Fair Labor Standards Amendments of 1974 ~
contained in Public Law 93-259 (93rd Congress,
S. 2747,) then One and 90/100 ($1.90) Dollars per
hour shall be paid in lieu thereof for the period
May 1, 1974, to and including June 30, 1974, but
the bi-weekly Salary equivalent as set forth in
Resolution 79-74 shall be the base for applica-
tion of the cost of living increase effective July 1,1974.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 20?h day of May , 1974, by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Batta.qlia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii, and Warren Steinkamp
