A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
~ %TORE ALTERATIONS FOR RECREATIONAL
iiPURPOSES AT 230 GRAND AVENUE AND
409 GRAND AVE., SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the IO%h day of June , 19.74, for
Store alterations for Recreational purposes at 230 Grand Avenue and 409 Grand Ave., South
San Francisco, California
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned., and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
William Botieff
1336 El Camino, Mi llbrae, California
for the b±d price of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS
($ ,45~935.00 . )
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with said
successful bidder and the City'Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corpor-
ate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 17th day of June
19 74 , by the following vote:
