CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF FEES TO BE ASSESSED FOR THE
INSPECTION OF PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED bY the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
Section 1. Inspection Fees:
A public works inspection fee shall be
assessed and collected when City public works inspection
services are required. The fees shall be based on the construc-
tion cost of the public improvement, excluding land values. The
City Engineer shall determine said cost of improvement and
compute the. fees in accordance with the following schedule and
submit said computation to the Director of Administrative
Services for collection. This Resolution shall apply to public
works inspection fees other than for subdivision improvements
constructed and installed pursuant to the Subdivision 0rdinanee
of the City of South San Francisco.

$10,000.00
Cost of Improvements
$ 0 to $5,000.00
$5,000.00 to $10,000.00
$10,000.00 and over
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourued regular
