CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
1973-74 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM -
PROJECT ST-73-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and
published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 21st day of June , 19 74 , for
the work to be done and the improvement to be made as described
and specified: 1973-74 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM -
PROJECT ST-73-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That Said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals
or bids.
.I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of.South San Francisco at a adjourned regular meeting .held on
the 27th day of June , '19 74 , by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. IHirri,
Leo Padreddii, and Warren Steinkamp
NOES, " None
