A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF
JUDGMENT - PEOPLE VS. CITY 'OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SCAVENGER COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized to execute a stipulation for entry of
judgment, granting a permanent injunction and ordering the
payment of civil liabilities when same is modified to limit
the application of the paragraph contained in California
Regional Water Quality Control Board Resolution No. ?0-49
which reads as follows: "Damage from the materials in the dump
site or any condition that might cause such damage" to drain-
age which causes damage to Bay resources or,in lieu thereof,
a quality standard.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 10,h day of July
by the following vote:
