A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
RELEASE OF SANITARY
DISPOSAL SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that upon execution of the modified stip-
ulation for entry of judgment, granting a permanent injunction
and ordering the payment of civil liabilities as authorized
by Resolution No. 125-74 , and in accordance with the
agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the
South San Francisco Scavenger Company, dated July 5, 1956,
and amended January 20, 1964, release of the disposal site by
the South San Francisco Scavenger Company to the City of South
San Francisco is hereby accepted.
