CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A LEASE WITH THE CITY OF DALY
CITY - COMMUNICATIONS REPEATER SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council,having considered the
Staff Report dated July 10, 1974, SUBJECT: COMMUNICATIONS
REPEATER SITE - LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF DALY CITY,
does hereby authorize the execution of a lease agreement
with the City of Daly City for the communications repeater
site on the terms and conditions as therein described, and
does further authorize the City Manager to execute said
lease agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the ~5th day of Ju~y
