A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 15 0F EXHIBIT
'"B" OF RESOLUTION 112-74 PASSED JUNE 19,
1974, ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION.APPROVING
TERMS OF THE BERTH.LEASE AGREEMENT AND
ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE
LEASING OF BERTHS AND THE USE OF EQUIP-
MENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES AT THE OYSTER
POINT MARINA IN.ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 557."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that Section 15, entitled "General Provisions,'i of
Exhibit "B" of Resoiution 112-74, passed June 19, 1974,
,
entitled "A Resolution Approving Terms of the Berth Lease
Agreement and Establishing Fees To Be Charged for the Leasing of
Berths and the Use of Equipment, Facilities and Services At
the Oyster Point Marina in Accordance with Ordinance 557," is hereby
rescinded and deleted from said resolution.
