A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM - 1974-75
RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci-ty of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to previous autho~ization and pub-
lished notice, bids were- publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 22nd day of July , 1974., for
Weed Abatement Program - 1974-75
NOW, TIIEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter me,~io~e¢l, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowes't responsible bidder,
Chemical Weed and Pest Control Co.
