CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR 1973-74 STREET RESURFACING
PROGRAM - PROJECT ST-73-2
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice., bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 19th day of July' , 19 74, for
1973-74 Street Resurfacing Program- Project ST-73-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Lowrie Paving Company, Inc.
South San Francisco, CA
for the bid price of THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR
($ 34,934 .) COLLARS
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with said
successful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corpor-
ate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
