A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION T0 VACATE
A PORTION OF ,~HAW ROAD TNDfISTRTA[.

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, as follows:
1. This Reso.]_ut~ion is adopted pursuant to the Street
Vacation. Act 0~- ].9~.l.
2. Notice is hereby giver~ ~:hat Tuesday, the 3rd day
of September , 197..4~ at 8:00 p~m., which time is n. ot
less than fifteen (15) days from 'the date of passage of-this

is hereby fixed as the t. ime and place when and where all persons
interested in, o~ having objections to, 'the proposed vacation
of a. portion of Shaw Road Industrial Acres
as hereinafter described, ~nay appear before said Council and be
heard.

4. Notices of 'the vacation, stating the pa'ssage of the
Resolution of Intention and the time and place of hearing, shall
be posted conspicuously along the 1].ne of the street, or part
thereof, proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before
the date set for the hearing and not less 'than three (3).notices
shall be posted.
.5. The public interest and convenience require, and it
is the intention of th'is Council 'to order, said street vac.ation
as shown on the map entitled Plat of portion of Shaw Road adjoin-
ing Lot 8, Industrial Acres, and that said map was filed in the
County Recorder's Office on May 23, 195~6, in Book 35 of Maps at. ~
Pages 10 and 11, and whiCh is on file in
the office of the City Clerk,and which is more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of August ,
