RESOLUTION NO. 147-74
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ADVANCED
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of .south san Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, the cost of clearing, grubbing and grading of all public
easements and streets in proceedings conducted by this Council pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 5648 adopted September 7, 1971, has been
heretofore advanced by Cabot, Cabot ~ Forbes California Properties, Inc.;
WHEREAS, said work has been legally included in said proceedings
and has been duly accomplished in a manner satisfactory to the City
Engineer, and is an item duly included in the Engineer's Report on file
in said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the amount of $~4,036.44 here-
tofore advanced by Cabot, Cabot ~ Forbes California Properties, Inc. for
the purpose of accomplishing said clearing, grubbing and grading work,
is hereby ordered reimbursed to said Company from the construction fund
.
for said project established pursuant to said Resolution of Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of August, 1974, by the follow-
