A RESOLUTION DECLARING COUNCIL'S
INTENT TO PROCEED WITH BADEN AVENUE
PROPERTY .ACQUISITION
BE IT RESOLVED-by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council hereby declares its
intention to proceed with the acquisition of a parcel of
property in the 400 block of Baden Avenue for parking lot
purposes, with confirmation to be considered after receipt and
review of a financial report from the Director of Administra-
tive Services/Finance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
