A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT -- PENINSULA
WATER AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the Ci'ty of South San Francisco the
Agreement for Joint Exercise of Powers by the Peninsula
Water Agency;
2. Councilman Warren Steinkamp is hereby designated
as the City's representative pursuant to the terms of said
Joint Powers Agreement; and
3. The Director of Public Servers is hereby
designated as staff liaison officer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 19th day of August , 1974, by the
following vote:
