A RESOLUTIOb.~ FIXING T~fE'TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75.
BE IT RESOLVED 'by the Ci'ty Council of the City of South
'San Francisco than:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1974-75 at One Dollar
($ ~.00 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed value of all propez,ty enumerated and assea~sed as
being in the City including real, personal, mixed and other
property of whatever nature 'taxable by said City.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolulion to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax ~?ate of
One Dollar ($ 1.00 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value o['! the property
enumerated and assessed as being in said City, including
real, Depso~lal, mixed and other property of wha-tever nature
taxable by said City.
3. The taxes so levied st~all be c~>lJ(,ctc~,d as provided
by !aw.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned regular
meeting held on the 26th day of August ,
19 74 , by the following vote:
