A RESOLUTION FIXING Tt-IE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR lg?4- ?5-
STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS A-~D-tYARKWAY
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED by 'the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of 'taxes for
the fiscal year 197,~.- 7& for the Stonegat~ R~g~ Pa~k~
Parkway Maintenance District
at One and 70/100 Dollars ($ 1.70 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00') of assessed value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so tl~alt he· may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of 0,~ ~,~ 70/~00
Dollars ($ 1.70 ) per One hu~dred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on~ -the property enumerated a~d assessed
as being in said Stone,ate Rid~·e Parks and Parkway Maintenance·
District. ·
3. The-taxes so levied shall be' collected as provided
by law.
