A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75 -
WE'ST PARK PARKS AND PARKWA~
MAINTENANCE DI STRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of 'taxes for
the fiscal .year 1974 - ?$ for the West Park Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District
at One and 70/100 Dollars ($ 1.70 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Reso. lution to~ the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate .of 0,~ ~,~ ?0/~00
Dollars (.$ 1,70 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed
as being in said West Park Parks and Parkways Maintenance
District

3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
