A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75 -
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAY
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o'f the City of South
San Francisco that'
1.' The Council does hereby fix the rate of 'taxes for
the fiscal year 197'4 - ?5 for -the West Park 3 Parks and Parkway
Maintenance District
at One and 70/100 Dollars ($1.70 )

upon each One hundr~'ed dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all
property 'enumerated and assessed as being in Said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to -the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assess;nent book -the tax rate of O,e ~,d 70/~00
~ll~r~ ($ 1.70 ) t>er One hundred Dollars
($10Q.oo) assessed ,value on the property enumerated and assessed
as being in sai~d West Park 3 Parks and Parkway Maintenance
District
by law.
