A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75 - .
WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AM P]~RKWAY
MAINTENANCE DI STRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by 'the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year ·1974 - 75 for the Willow Gardens Parks and
Parkway Maintenance District
at One and 70/Ig0 IDollars ($ 1.70 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00)' of assessed value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so tha't he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the -tax rate of One and 70/100
Dollars ($ 1.70 ) per One hundred Dollars

($100.00) assessed value on the property enu~nerated and assessed
as being in said Willow Gardens Parks and Parkway Maintenance
District. .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law. ..
