CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH NORTH SAN MATE0
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT - LEASE
OF PORTION OF DISTRICT TRANSMITTING
TOWER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a lease agreement with the North San
Mateo County Sanitation District for a portion of the District
transmitter tower on the terms and conditions set forth in
said lease agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of September ,
19 74 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard Battagli~, Terry J. Mirri and
Leo Padreddi i
