CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF STIPULATIO~ FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT AS
TO PARCEL'572, TRACTS I, II AND III, IN
THE CASE ENTITLED "COUNTY OF SAN MATEO,
ETC. VS.. MARINO DONATI, CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, ET AL"
BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager and the City'Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to execute the Stipulation for Entry of
Judgment as to Parcel 572, Tracts I, II and III, in the matter
entitled "County of San Mateo,etc. vs. Marino Donati, City of
South San Francisco, et al" No. 152322, Superior Court of the
State of California for the County of San Mateo, and the City
Clerk is further authorized to accept on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco a grant deed conveying the parcel con-
taining 1.705 acres, more or less, described in Exhibit A to
said Stipulation, and record or cause same to be recorded in
the official records of the County of San Mateo.
2'. The sum of Eighteen thousand dollar's ($18,000.00)
be transferred .from Unappropriated Reserve to Bur~ Buri Park

I hereby certify tha~ the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5rd day of September
