CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE REVENUE FUND OF THE
PARKING PLACE COMMISSION TO THE CITY
GENERAL FUND, AND RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. In accordance with Resolution No. 2896, passed Novem-
ber 16, 1959, the Council finds and determines that the sums
required to be maintained in the (a) Parking District No. 1
Operation and Maintenance Fund, (b) Parking District No. 1 Bond
Service Fund, (c) Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund, and (d)
Parking District No. 1 Series A Sinking Fund, have been so main-
tained and there is available for transfer to the General Fund
for any lawful purpose in accordance with said Resolution the
sum of Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($ 43,500
2. The Council orders and transfers the sum of
Forty-Three ThoUsand Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500 )
from the Parking District Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the
City of South San Francisco for the lawful purpose, to wit:
acquisition of 424 Baden Avenue, South San Francisco, and
further authorizes the City Manager to negotiate said acquisition
with improvements to be made on said parcel when sufficient funds
have been accumulated in the Parking District Revenue Fund
for transfer to the General Fund of the City, in accordance with
Resolution No. 2896;
3. The City Council authorizes the City Manager to
);
negotiate ·for the acquisition of a parcel designated as 427
Grand Avenue for the Parking Place Commission, to be funded
from the Parking Place Commission funds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular . meeting
held on the 5rd day of September , 1974, by the
following· vote:
