NO. ~69-74 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN-FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM UTAH INTER- NATIONAL, INC. - COLMA CREEK. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. The Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, executed April 15, 1974, to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby accepted, and 2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record or cause recordation of said Quitclaim Deed in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 5rd day of 1974 , by the following vote: regular September AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard Battaglia, Terry J. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp ATTEST: ~ ~~' City CleDk EXHIBIT A QUITCLAIM DEED UTAH INTERNATIONAL INC., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Utah Construction & Mining Co., a corpo- ration also formerly known as Utah Construction Company, a corporation, hereby releases, remises and quitclaims unto the CITY OF SOUTH 'SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation all right, title and interest in that certain real property situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as Parcel One, Parcel Two, Parcel Three and ParCel Four on the Exhibit consisting of two pages and attached hereto and incorporated herein. PARCEL FOUR: Beginning aS a poin~ on the Southeasterly line of' Linden Avenue, said point being the most Westerly corner of the landis described in the Deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation, to David W.-Ratio, et al, dated December 17, 1930 and recorded December 22, 1930 in Book 507 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 264 (75029-B); thence from said point of beginning along said Southeasterly line of Linden Avenue, South 15° 33' West 50 feet to the Northeasterly line of .the lands described ~n the Deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation to J. S. Baker, dated May 1, 1928 and recorded May 15,.1928 in Book 256 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 188 (10435-B); thence along said Northeasterly line of the lands .of Baker, South 74© 27' East 50.24 feet and Easterly on the / .. arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 975 feet, a distance of 183.86 feet to the most Easterly corner of said lands of Baker and the Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Right of Way; thence Northeasterly along said Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Right of Way on the arc of a curve to the right to.the most Southerly corner of the lands described in the Deed to Ratio, et al, first above mentioned; thence along the South:..;esterly line of said lands of Ratio, et al, on the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1025 feet, a distance of 200.30 feet and North 74~ 27' West 50.24 feet to the point o£ beginning. · (Exhibit A)
