CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM
DEED, UTAH INTERNATIONAL, INC. -
SOUTH CANAL STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the quitclaim deed executed the 5th day of
August, 1974, by Utah International, Inc., a Delaware corpora-
tion, conveying to the City of South San Francisco Parcels I
and II as therein described, is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation thereof
in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of SOuth San Francisco at a regular
