A RESOLUTION ACCEPTIMG A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM THE HERTZ
CORPORATION (NORTH CANAL STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the quit claim deed executed by the
Hertz Corporation on July 26, 1974, to the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, to the parcel therein
described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk-be and he
is hereby authorized to eXecute a certificate of acceptance
and record, or cause recordation thereof in the Official
Records of the County of San Mateo.
