CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL
MAP OF COLINA UNIT NO. 1, A
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, DIVISION OF
LOT 7, WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 4A
(VOLUME 77, 0.R. 18,19,20) SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, AND
AUTHORIZING ACTS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council heretofore having executed
an agreement as of the 17th day of April, 1972, between City
and Grubb $ Ellis Realty Fund II, a limited partnership, by
Grubb and Ellis Development Company, a corporation, sole
general partnership, as owner, recorded in Volume 6219, Page 549,
Official Records of San Mateo County, providing for the con-
struction of public improvements in Westborough Unit No. 4A,
and having further received a request for amendment of said
agreement and approval of the final map entitled "Colina Unit
No,.i, a Condominium Project, Division of Lot 7, Westborough
Unit No. 4A .(Vol. 77 0.R. 18, 19, 20) South San Francisco,
California" does hereby order:
1. The final map entitled "Colina Unit No. 1, a
Condominium Project, Division of Lot 7, Westborough Unit No. 4A
(Vol. 77 O.R. 18, 19,20) South San Francisco, California" is
hereby approved, and the .City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation thereof in the Official Records of San
Mateo County.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement,
Amendment No. 1, Subdivision Improvements, Westborough unit No..
4A, South San Francisco, California (Colina Unit No. 1" is~
hereby authorized, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the CitY, and the City Clerk attest
his signature thereto; and the City Clerk is Zurther authorized
to record or cause recordation thereof concurrently with the
recordation of the final map of Colina Unit No. 1.
3. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby aUthor-
ized to execute any other documents or do any other acts
necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
