A RESOLUTION DECLARING COUNCIL'S
INTENTION REGARDING EXTENSION OF
SANITARY SEWER SERVICES TO A
PORTION OF THE WESTBOROUGH AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the'City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council declares it's intention to
explore the feasability of extending sanitary sewer services
to a' portion of the Westborough area and does there.fore
authorize the City Manager to develop, through discussion wi.th
representatives of the Westborough County Water District,
consulting engineers, attorneys and other persons whose ad'vice
and information are deemed necessary, a report to the Council
recommending alternate methods and means of extending sanitary
sewer services to a portion of the Westborough area, together
with supporting data and info,rmation. This Resolution of
Inte.ntion does not at this time approve any particular method
or means, including that generally described in' the staff report
dated September 16, 1974, to the City Council, subject: West-
borough Sanitary Sewer System.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Res.olUtion was
regular. Is introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
Cit.y of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 16th day of September , 1974
