CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT--PENINSULA
LIBRARY SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby approves the Peninsula Library
System Plan of Service and the Joint Exercise Agreement as
amended.
2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager
to execute an amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement or
new Joint Powers Agreement if same be necessary, and
further authorizes the City Manager to file any and all
documents and do any and all acts necessary to carry out
the provisions of the Resolution, Joint Powers Agreement,and
Plan of Service.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
special
meeting held on the 23rd day of
September
