CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EMPLOYEE SERVICE PIN AWARDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to reinstate the employee service pin pr.ogram, recognizing
employees for years of loyal service, said pr.ogramto
provide that employees receive a service pin on five Year
intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years.) The configur-
ation of the pin shall be modified by the addition of a
ruby to the fifteenth year pin, a two-point diamond to the
twenty year pin, a three-point diamond to the twenty-
five year pin, and two three-point diamonds to the thirty
year pi n.
2. The sum of Twenty-five hundred dollars ($2500)
be transferred from the unappropriated reserve to the
general fund # .05-4204 for said program.
