CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING
THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL OF SAN
MATEO COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized to execute the agreement entitled
"Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Establishing the
Criminal Justice Council of San Mateo County" for and on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of October , 1974, by the
following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J.
Mirri, Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
