CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO. I TO AGREEMENT DATED
APRIL 24, 1972, SUBDIVISION IMPROVE-
MENTS, BENNETT & KAHNWEILER INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION, RECORDED AUGUST 23,1972,
IN VOLUME 6216, PAGE 525
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council heretofore having executed
an agreement as of the 24th day of April, 1972, between City
and Marc H. Monheimer and Bruce M. Cowan, as T~ustees Of The
B/K/S California Trust Number One, recorded April 24, 1972, in
Volume 6216, Page 525, of the official records of the County of
San Mateo, providing for the construction and installation of
improvements and approval of maps, in the Bennett & Kahnweiler
Industrial Subdivision, does hereby order:
1. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement,
Amendment No. 1, Subdivision Improvements, Bennett & Kahnweiler
Industrial Subdivision, recorded August 23, 1972, in Volume 6216,
Page 525" by the City Manager of the City of South San Francisco.
2. Recordation of the Amending Agreement in the
official records of San Mateo County by The City Clerk.
3. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute any other documents or to do any acts
necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of October ,
19 74 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
