A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1974-75 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM--MATERIALS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and .pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 7th day of' October
1974-75 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM--MATERIALS
NOW, T}IEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Gramite Rock Company, San Jose
.
RS-I .for the bid p. rice of $.3392 per gallon, and SS-; for the bid price
nf $.7968 per gallon.

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with said
.successful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto 'the corpor-
ate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of October
19 74 , by the following vote:
