A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A MODIFICATION AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR
SEWER R~NTAL CHARGES FOR INDUSTRIAL
'VI~LLAGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement Modifi-
cation No. 2, dated the day of , 1974,
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corpora-
tion, and the Housing Authority in the City of South San
Francisco, a public corporation, modifying the sewer rental
charges as therein provided, is hereby authorized, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted bY the City Council of the
