CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT TO OPERATE
LIMOUSINE SERVICE (YELLOW LIMOUSINE SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council, having considered the appli-
cation for a permit to operate limousine service for the City
of South San Francisco (Yellow Limousine Service), and the
Staff Report dated November 6, 1974, to the City Council,
recommending approval of said application, and having deter-
mined that a permit should issue as requested, does hereby
order that the permit be issued in accordance with the recom-
mendations set forth in said Staff Report,which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", and the applicable provisions of Ordi-
nance No. 251 of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, at a re§u I ar meeting held on the
6th day of November , 19 74, by the following vote:

Yellow Limousine Service - Application for Permit to
Operate Limousine Service for City of South San Francisco
RECOMmenDATION: Upon receipt of properly executed PUC permits and
insurance coverage papers, the South San Francisco Police Department
recommends approval of this application with the following restrictions:
DISCUSSION: The permit will include the following restrictions in
conjunction with this recommendation for approval:
i. Off-street parking will be provided for all limousines.
2. Limousines will not be parked in areas designated for taxi cab parking.
Yellow Limousine Service will operate a 24 hour limousine service, with
headquarters at 110 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco
