A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(ALTERNATE B),FOR LIBRA'Ry;I'POLICE
BUILDING AND CITY HALL - AIR
CONDITIONING, HEATING AND MODIFICATIONS
(Project PB-73-3)
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared
on the e~th day of October , lg74, for Library,
police Building and City Hall - Air. Conditioning, Heating and
Modifications {Project PB-73-3);.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED-as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mention~ed, and hereby
awards the contract for Alternate B to ~the lowest responsible
b i d d e r, Valley Sheet Metal

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to'
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a special meeting held on the ~3th
