A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN OPTION--424
BADEN AVENUE,SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,CALIF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco t'hat the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to obtain an option for the parcel designated as 424
Baden Avenue, South San Francisco, California, which is more
particularly.described hereinafter, said option to be for four
(4) years; the consideration of said option to be One Thousand
($1,000) dollars.
ALL. THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY' SITUATE IN THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS'
Lot 6, Block 117, as designated on the map entitled'
"South San Francisco San Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. 1",
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, State of California, on
March 1,1892 in Book "B" of Maps at Page 6, and a
copy entered in Book 2 of Maps at Page 52.
I hereby certify'that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of
November , 1974, by the following vote'
