CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING REPAIR
OF SOUTHERN PACIFIC GRADE CROSS-
INGS IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
WHEREAS, the Council after inspection and review of
the Southern Pacific grade crossing conditions finds that said
grade crossings need repair and that the present condition in-
convenienCes the public and presents a possible source of
damage to automobiles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that said Council does
hereby:
I Request that the Southern Pacific Company repair
the grade crossing right-of-ways within the area of said Company's
jurisdiction;
2. That the Public Utilities Commission be advised of
the existing condition of the South Pacific Company's right-of-
ways, including spur track right-of-ways, with a request that
the Commission use whatever authority it may bring to bear
to cause repair of said grade crossings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a ragu/ar
meeting held on the '20th day of November
