RESOLUTION NO. ~222-74
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5647 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER AND ATTORNEYS"
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that Section 1 of the Resolution cited in the title,
adopted by this Council on September 7, 1971, is amended to substitute
Norman B. Hansen of Wilsey & Ham, or his authorized agent, as the per-
son designated in place of Richard C. Smith to make and sign any
certificate or document required to be made or signed by the Engineer
of Work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 20th day of November 1974 by the
following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
