Home My WebLink AboutReso 241-1974WJM&L:PLMcE's~ 12/26/74 15c RESOLUTION NO. 241-74 A RESOLUTION ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO WEST PARK UNIT NO. 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT ANNEXATION NO. 1974-1 TO WEST PARK UNIT NO. 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, said Council did on the 4th day of December, 1974, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 226-74 to Annex Territory to West Park Unit No. 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District, and did therein fix the time and place when and where said Council would hear and pass upon the proposal and any objections to the inclusion; WHEREAS, notice of said hearing has been duly published, posted and mailed for the time and in the manner and form provided by law, all as more particularly appears from the affidavits thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, a full hearing was had thereon at the time and place appointed and all persons desiring to be heard were fully heard by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That none persons appeared and objected orally or in writing to the inclusion of said territory, or a portion of the property proposed to be included in said Maintenance District. 2. That it is hereby determined that the territory proposed to be annexed, as more particularly described in Exhibi~ "A"and "A-l" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, will be bene- fited by annexation to the Maintenance District, and that {he EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO. 241-74' passed the 30th_day o ae~ember ,19)4.
