A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ONE (1) FOUR WHEEL STREET
SWEF. PER
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 23rd day of December- , 1974 , for
ONE (1) FOUR WttEEL 'STREET SWEEPER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council dc. es hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Nixon-Egli
1970 National Avenue, H. ayward, CA
for the bid price Of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FO~TY NINE DOLLARS
($ 29,949.16 ). AND SIXTEEN CENTS.
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with said
successful bidder and the City C].erk of said City is hereby~
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto 'the corpo-
rate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
