A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED FROM SUBURBAN REALTY
COMPANY (GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. A Corporation Grant Deed dated June 21, 1973, from Suburban
Realty Company, a California corporation, to the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, which conveys a parcel of property
for roadway purposes therein described, and which is more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco

Ail that real property situate partly in the City of Daly '7'.'-:'
City and partly in the City of South San Francisco, County ..
of San Mateo, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point on the southeasterly line of King D~-tve at the most south- :~ '. ~''~'~
westerly terminus of that certain course North 33° 30' 41" East 325.51 feet which forms
a portion of.the southeasterly line of said King Drive, said point also being on the
center line of Gellert Boulevard as said King Drive and Gellert Boulevard are shown on
that certain map entitled, "SERRAblObrrE, UNIT NO. 15, DALY CITY, CALIFORNIA," filed for
record November 4, 1971 in Book 73 of Maps at. Page 21, San Mateo County Records; thence
from said point of beginning North 33° 30' 41" East along the southeasterly line of said
King Drive 78.62 feet; thence southwesterly and southeasterly on an arc of a curve to the
left, tangent to the preceding course with a radius of 30 feet, through a central angle
of 87° 10' 41", an arc distance of 45.65 feet; thence South 53° 40' East tangent to the
ceding curve 60.08 feet; thence southeasterly on an arc of a curve to the right, tangent
the preceding course with a radius of 1254 feet, through a central angle of 10° 40', an
~ : distance of 233.46 feet; thence South 43° 00' East tangent to the preceding curve 33.80
feet to a point on the southerly line of the lands of Suburban Realty Company described in
the deed recorded in Book 4453 of Official Records at Page 548, Records of San~Mateo County;
thence along said southerly line North 88° 06' West. 70.74 feet to a point; thence north-
westerly along the northeasterly line of that certain deed dated May 13, 1970 and recorded
May 26, 1970 in Book 5786 of Official Records at Page 214, San Mateo County Records on an
arc of a curve to the left, the center of said curve bears South 46° 13' 55" West 1204
feet from the last mentioned point with a radius of 1204 feet, through a central angle
of 9° 53' 55", an arc distance of 208.01 feet and North 53° 40: West tangent to the pre-
ceding curve 86.17 feet to the point of beginning.
