CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BEII~EEN THE DEPART-
MENT OF HIGHWAY PATROL AND THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO - MOTORCYCLE
TRAINING CLASSES 1975
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway Patrol
requires written training agreements from any agency participating in
their traini.ng programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of South San
Francisco desires from time to time to participate in certain train-
ing programs sponsored and administered by the California Department
of Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council is required for
fiscal year 1975-76;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager
is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the California
Highway Patrol providing for use of the California Highway Patrol
facilities for fiscal year 1975-76 and he is further authorized to
execute any amendments thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re~lar meeting held on the 19fa day
of Maroa , 1975, by the following vote:

Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
