CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEED FROM CHARLES E. CHASE,GRANTOR
(GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that:
1. The Easement Deed from Charles E. Chase, Grantor,
to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
dated August 8, 1974, which conveys a non-exclusive easement
for a right-of-way for roadway purposes for the Gellert Boule-
vard Extension in, over, across and upon the parcels of real
property therein described, which are more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation thereof in the Official Records of the' County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted bY the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of ~ March , 1975,
