CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, BUSINESS AND TRANSPOR-
TATION AGENCY, DEPARTMENT OF TRANS-
PORTATION - TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL-
SYSTEM AND RELATED WORK ON STATE
ROUTE 82 (EL CAMINO REAL) AND
PONDEROSA ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of the agreement between the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, and the State of California, acting by and through
its Business and Transportation Agency, Department of Transportation, pro-
viding for the installation of a traffic control signal system and safety
lighting and construction roadwork at the intersection of Route 82 (El
Camino Real) with Ponderosa Road, on the terms and conditions therein
recited, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of March
1975 , by the following vote:
