A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS

RESOLVED, by the Ci-ty Council of -the City of South San
Francisco, 'that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of 'the City Council and
published notice, bids were .publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 12th day of March , 19 75 , for
-the work to be done and the improvement to be made as described
and specified:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That said Council do. es hereby reject all of said proposals
or bids.
I hereby certify that 'the foregoing Res'olution was regu-
larly intr'oduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco a't a regular meeting held on
the 19th day of March , 1975 , by the fol-
lowing vote'
