CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROGRAM OF LOCAL
AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Program of Local Agency Topics Improvement Projects in the City of
South San Francisco, same being Supplement No. 2 Revised, to the master agree-
ment for the TOPICS Program, which was entered into between the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the State of California on
April 5, 1971, numbered Agreement No. 29, is hereby adopted and the Mayor
is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reguTa~ meeti.ng held on the 2nd day of April
19 75 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
