CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SOUTH FRANCISCO AND THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the City a Use Permit dated November 1,
;974 , between the City of South San Francisco, Permitter,
and the City and County of San Francisco, Permittee, for the
installation, maintenance, equ~ping, service, repair, recon-
struction and operation of a unit of San~Francisco International
Airports' Sound Monitoring System on pole site located on Diamond
Avenue, westerly of Telford Avenue (Assessor's Parcel No. 12-121-14)
in South San Francisco, California, and the City Clerk is author-
ized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 2nd
day of April , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaqlia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
